As part of the bundled provision of overnight accommodation and breakfast and depending on the seasons, breakfasts will be served to you by the hostess in the living room or dining room of the castle.
Several tables will be offered to you to preserve your privacy, respect distances and ensure a gentle awakening.
They consist of orange, multifruit or apple or pineapple juice, tea, black or decaffeinated coffee, cold and hot milk, water, chocolate, baguette and or cereal bread, white, wholemeal and cereal sandwich breads to toast, croissants , pains aux chocolat or chocolatines depending on the region, seasonal fruits, nuts harvested in the castle grounds, homemade jams, ham, cheeses, dairy products, natural and fruit yogurts, dried fruits, etc.
Cold meats, cheeses and eggs extra (prices on request).

Possibility of tailor-made if you have a special wish, an event to share, a surprise, a birthday.

Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. all year round except in July and August from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

It can be booked on our site via this OPTION (adult and/or children) or the day before or upon your arrival for rooms and gîtes.
Remember to reserve it per person.

TO BE RESERVED ONLY FOR COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS;

Provision and rental of sheets, towels and household linen only for apartment lodgings.

Rental per person and per stay of 2 to 7 days for gîtes-apartments ONLY;

One game per week is to be expected at €15 per person per stay AND we will replace the kit if you stay several weeks.
For this rental, we will provide you with linen and sheets in the gîtes on the beds or on the kitchen table.
This distribution will be made according to the number of people present on the reservation and according to age.

The kit consists of a large towel, a small towel and a bath mat per family as well as 2 tea towels for the kitchen and dishes.

For the castle and annex rooms, the linen is already laid out and the beds are made upon your arrival.

We can do it for you...

The apartment lodges are given clean and must be returned to us in the same condition.

However, a CLEANING option is available on our website www.puyrobert.fr OR you can book it upon arrival or during your stay at least two days before your departure.

We can therefore carry out the cleaning in your place for an additional fee of

- 80€ for types 33 or 34 on the 1st floor,

- 100€ for types 24/25, 29/30, 31/32 and 35/36 Ground floor - 1st level

And

-120€ for sizes 37/39 and 40/42 on the second level.
Any cleaning not done, any failure, cleaning not ordered or partially carried out, whether voluntarily or not, will be charged a flat rate of €150.
 

*** If you have taken the HOUSEHOLD package, you are still required to do the following tasks:

- Empty the refrigerator

- Wash and put away dishes

- Dispose of your rubbish after sorting (container only in Montignac, not on site)

- Group together sheets, towels and tea towels

*** If you have not taken the HOUSEHOLD package, here is the list of tasks to be carried out:

* KITCHEN;

- Garbage bins emptied and washed

-Refrigerator emptied and cleaned with disinfectant available in the entrance cupboard

- Dishes washed and put away

- Microwave oven interior, exterior and electric plates cleaned

- Clean furniture

-Sink and work surface cleaned and wiped

- Small household appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) cleaned and put back in the top cupboard

- Floors vacuumed and washed

* LIVING ROOM BEDROOMS ENTRANCE

- Clean and tidy cupboards

- Clean furniture

- Floors vacuumed and washed

- linens collected and counted

* TOILETS and BATHROOMS

- Washed floors

- Toilet and bidet washed inside and out as well as the brush

- Cleaned sink, bathtub and shower as well as plugholes and siphons

NB: Particular care has been taken in preparing your accommodation and in the event of any anomaly or omission, we thank you for reporting it in order to improve our service.

It is your responsibility to maintain your accommodation during your stay, even if you take the CLEANING PACKAGE.

In the event that the accommodation is returned DIRTY or in DISORDER and does not comply with the above requirements, we will charge and apply a fixed fee of €150 or deducted from the €500 deposit.

A report will be made to the booking platforms.
