1/ Reservations and confirmations:
Each reservation must be confirmed by e-mail or post via our reservation site. 2/ Deposit
Your rental or reservation contract for a gîte, apartment or room will only be effective after payment of the deposit for your stay and/or full payment for your stay (accommodation). The tourist tax is only due at the departure of the stay.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your final reservation.
The balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before the day of arrival. In the absence of payment, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain other payments made. 3/ Cancellation conditions (individual and group):
In the event of cancellation, within 14 days for the rest of the year or 30 days in July and August before your arrival, you will be withheld the full deposit and the amount of the stay as compensation for breach of contract. .If you do not show up on the arrival date or within 24 hours, you will owe 100% of the stay in full (NO SHOW). Any delay not reported within 24 hours makes the rental available, without any refund. Delayed arrival or early departure will be the responsibility of the customer.
Unforeseen cases of force majeure such as accidents , illness, death of a loved one with official proof will benefit from reimbursement of their deposit until the day before their arrival within 14 days.
4/ Shortened stays due to a customer request:
In the event of early departure or stay shortened voluntarily without real reason, the total amount including tax of the reserved stay is invoiced and due in full, adjustable at the time of departure or if pre-authorization had been taken, it will be closed on the day of departure.
5/ Late arrivals:
Arrivals between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. / Departures between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.No physical reception after 9 p.m. Notify us before 8 p.m. to collect keys and information.
6/Services
No reserved service may be subsequently deducted from the arrangements, packages or boxes, even if it is not actually consumed.
7/ Animals:
Animals are no longer accepted in our establishment.
Any possible damage or dirt not noted on the customer's arrival will be their responsibility.
8/ Tourist tax:
It is obligatory, imposed and voted on by the community of communes of the Vallée de l'Homme.
It is collected and donated by us. It is applicable to people over 8 years old at €2.65 per adult per day billed at the end of the stay .
9/ Practical information:
All buildings are ""non-smoking""
Rooms are available from 5:30 p.m. and must be vacated no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Compulsory car parking is available above the park at the rear of the castle. A contribution is requested of one Euro per day and per vehicle.
10/ Practical life:
For the rental of ""gîte apartments "", a rental contract is drawn up in duplicate, one of which is given to you for signature.

Sheets, bathroom and household linen are not included in the rental for apartment lodgings;

They can be reserved on request either when booking on our website www.puyrobert.fr, or the day before your arrival.
On request directly or by booking on our site, the rental will cost you €15 per person including children, per week and/or per stay of less than a week.

The apartments are given clean and must be returned to us in the same condition.
Nevertheless a HOUSEHOLD option is available on our website www.puyrobert.fr
We can also carry out cleaning in your place for an additional charge of €80, €100 or €120 depending on the type and surface area of the apartment gîtes.
Any cleaning not done, any failure, cleaning not ordered or carried out partially voluntarily or not, will be charged €150 flat rate.

An inventory is at your disposal and requires you to check the equipment provided as well as its proper functioning. Please notify us of any malfunction or shortage upon your arrival within 2 hours.
Any unreported breakages, thefts, breaches or damage will be at your expense and under your entire responsibility.
Prohibition on making noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and to organize parties unless authorized, such as seminars or weddings.
