Charming cottage / apartment with alcove of 43 m² renovated in 2015 with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay away from the noise and daily hassle.
It is ideal for a couple as also gîte 33.
Kitchen open to the living room, equipped with an electric hob, extractor, storage cupboards, 140l refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, vacuum cleaner, Tancarville, necessary maintenance.
All the floors of the apartment are tiled and PVC imitation parquet plank.

Large queen-size bed in 160 cm hotel quality 3 *, mattress 18 cm thick for the reception and spring in bag for firm and comfortable support.
Trundle bed 90/190 for children or teenagers also forming a sofa.
Concept without TV, only in the common living room of the castle.
Shower room with bathtub and handles, separate WC and bidet as in all cottages and bedrooms.
The walls of the apartment are covered with stretched canvas in a sky blue color.
Living room and bedroom have a clear view of the valley and the park on the east side.
In the countryside 5 minutes walk from the Lascaux caves and 15 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux.

Possibility to rent in addition 15 € per person per stay (white towels prohibited in the swimming pool and outside).
Pool towels: € 5 per person per stay.

The self-catering apartments are given clean and must be returned to us in the same condition.
Otherwise, any breach, partial or deliberately not carried out cleaning is billed € 150.
