The living room has a convertible sofa bed that can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
Open kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, extractor hood, storage cupboards, 140l refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, vacuum cleaner, Tancarville, necessary maintenance.
All the floors in the apartment are tiled and imitation parquet plank PVC except the bedroom in new PVC.
The 35m2 bedroom area is also equipped with a Queen size bed of 160 * 200 and two pull-out beds for children or teenagers.
Two bathrooms with steel handle baths, two toilets and bidets separated by gîte.
The walls of the living room and the bedroom are covered with well-made stretched canvas.
These two rooms each have a terrace and a superb view over the valley and the surrounding countryside, 2 steps from Lascaux.

* An additional room on the same level can be rented for 2 or 4 additional people also accessible via the common terrace.
Large queen-size bed in 160 cm hotel quality 3 *, mattress 18 cm thick for the reception and spring in bag for firm and comfortable support.
Trundle bed 90/190 for children or teenagers also forming a sofa.

The self-catering apartments are given clean and must be returned to us in the same condition.
Otherwise, any breach, partial or deliberately not carried out cleaning is billed € 150.
